Dr. Songul Kaloglu

Dr. Songul Kaloglu is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and CQC Registered Manager with extensive expertise across advanced surgical operations and hair restoration pathways. After graduating from the Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in 2006, she completed her specialist residency training at Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Training and Research Hospital, later serving as an accredited Consultant Specialist at high-volume maternity institutions.

Throughout her distinguished career spanning between 2012 and 2024, Dr. Kaloglu has conducted approximately 20,000 births, including 15,000 vaginal deliveries and 5,000 caesarean sections. Her extensive obstetric experience covers high-intensity techniques such as Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC), water births, twin vaginal deliveries, and breech births, alongside the expert management of complex acute obstetric emergencies.

Her advanced surgical repertoire encompasses abdominal, vaginal, and laparoscopic hysterectomies, cosmetic gynaecological surgery (vaginoplasty), and advanced operative hysteroscopy. Relocating to London in September 2024, she obtained full GMC registration and currently leads clinical operations at Wellzone Clinic as a Medical Doctor with a Special Interest in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Women’s Health.
