This page explains how to delete your account in the Wellzone Clinics – London app, provided by Olive Health & Travel Ltd, trading as WellZone Medical and Wellzone Clinics.
Option 1: in the app
- Open the Wellzone app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2: without the app
Email info@wellzoneclinics.co.uk with the subject “Delete my app account”, from the email address you use to sign in to the app. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your app login (email and password, or your Google or Apple sign-in link)
- Your app settings and notification preferences
- Your registered notification devices and push tokens
- Your email address on the app account
What is kept, and why
Your clinical and appointment records are kept by the clinic, because UK law and professional guidance require healthcare providers to keep medical records for a set period (for adults, at least 8 years after the last contact). Deleting your app account does not cancel upcoming appointments – please contact the clinic to change or cancel them.
Assessment answers and photos saved in the app are stored only on your phone. Remove the app to delete them.
