Dr. Erdem Edipoglu

Dr. Erdem Edipoglu is an experienced Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with over 15 years of clinical experience and full registration with the UK General Medical Council (GMC). His practice focuses particularly on complex trauma care, pelvic and acetabular fractures, and comprehensive hip reconstructions, including primary and revision total hip arthroplasty.

He completed his medical education and specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He subsequently spent more than 13 years practicing at Bakirkoy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training & Research Hospital in Istanbul, executing a high volume of complex interventions, including performing over 200 total hip replacements and 50 pelvic and acetabular procedures annually.

Prior to his long-standing institutional tenure, he served as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Eskisehir Military Hospital, gaining broad experience in high-intensity trauma care and severe battlefield injuries. Alongside his active surgical career, he is involved in international clinical research and presentations.
