Dr. Selin Gül Tezcan

Dr Selin Gul Tezcan is a GMC-registered doctor with a special interest in obstetrics, gynaecology, and ultrasound, bringing over a decade of clinical experience across the UK and Türkiye. She earned her English-taught medical degree from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University, in 2015, and completed her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital and Balıkesir University Hospital in 2020.

Dr Tezcan has extensive expertise in managing early pregnancy complications, fetal surveillance, fertility monitoring, and urgent gynaecological issues. Her clinical experience spans private practice in London as well as high-volume public hospitals in Türkiye, giving her strong exposure to multidisciplinary care, including close collaboration with GPs, NHS consultants, and community midwives. She is equally skilled in surgical and non-surgical obstetrics, with independent practice in antenatal clinics, labour wards, and theatre settings.

Committed to continuous professional development, Dr Tezcan has participated in international workshops and holds numerous certifications. She is a member of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS), and an Associate Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).
